A Colorado man who was caught living in the ceiling above a restaurant is facing charges for second degree burglary and two counts of criminal mischief.
Stephen Graves, 36, fell through the ceiling at the Yard House in downtown Denver just after midnight on Dec. 10.
Yard House employees reportedly spotted him in the ceiling rafters and called police.
When Denver Police arrived on scene, they could not immediately find the man, but they found a space above the ceiling where Graves had apparently been living.
In the police department’s recently-released report, they describe the living space as “containing multiple wine bottle corks and a cardboard box where it appeared the person had been sleeping.”
After Officer J. Howard found the hideout, he found a tripped fire sprinkler in the boiler room. Graves likely set off the sprinkler when he fell through the ceiling, according
