Dozens of Firefighters Called to Salford Recycling Plant

Description :
A recycling plant fire in Salford on August 14 sent dark smoke rising above the surrounding Greater Manchester area and, according to a press release from Manchester Fire, brought 50 firefighters and six fire engines to the scene.
Crews and equipment came from Broughton, Salford, Manchester Central, Atherton, Moss Side and Eccles to subdue the blaze, burning along Salford’s Frederick Road.
