The London group released Sister Simon (Funny Man) on the Larry Page Penny Farthing Records (PEN 738) in October 1970.
This A-side, and the B-side Rastus Ravel (Is A Mean Old Man), were written and produced by John Edward for Instant Sound Productions.
The 45 rpm single featured back-up vocals by Doris Troy with Maggie Stredder, Gloria George and Marian Davis (The Ladybirds) - plus, Rick Wakeman played piano on the B-side.
The B-side was re-released as track 4 on the Particles (UK) label compilation album, Piccadilly Sunshine, Part Twelve -- on 2nd April 2013.
