Method to make this remedy
1. To a pot add a cup of water & keep on medium heat.
2. When water starts to boil reduce heat to low & add 5 tulsi leaves. Tear the tulsi leaves by hand a few times before adding to the water. stir the water
3. Simmer the leaves for 5 minutes then put off heat
4. Strain out the mixture into a cup and allow to cool till you can sip it comfortably.
5. This is one dose . Take 3 times a day for quick relief.
