She's Been Living in a 'Sober House' In an emotional breakdown on the
‘The Wendy Williams Show,’ she opened
up about her battle with substance abuse. Williams spoke about her
past battles with using cocaine, and explained how she’s been living
in a designated sober house. Wendy Williams,
via Pop TV She revealed that only her husband
and son knew about her situation. The 54-year-old also talked about how she's
been visiting meetings around the city to support
others who are struggling with addiction. Williams and her husband, Kevin Hunter,
launched The Hunter Foundation in 2014. Their program provides grants
and services to families suffering
from drug addiction and substance abuse. They’ve successfully placed 56 people
in recovery centers around the world and
recently launched a support hotline.
